WINE is a passion for over 15 years, from hunting treasures, sharing with wine makers, listening to their stories, visiting their lands, smelling the atmosphere, tasting the ground, tasting from the unblended tanks, drinking or making my own William pear (poire William) or cherry plum (Mirabelle) brandy, with over 1000 bottles in the cellar(s) where bottles stand like books in the bookcase.

And over all WINE is about sharing, sharing stories, sharing new tastes, new ideas, with people that have the same feeling, sharing the same passion or sharing it with others that have real interest and want to discover it as well. “God had made only the water, but the man made the wine.” Victor Hugo (Dieu n'avait fait que l'eau, mais l'homme a fait le vin.)

And we offen forget that those that are being put en pedestal during our education as to their genious of creativity, beauty and inovation were the best to speak about it . Would their be any connection between genious and wine !
